Damaged Return. I recently purchased a lamp from ideas4lighting. It arrived very well packed but wasn't quite what I wanted. I returned the item in the original packaging with Hermes. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was broken! If an item is damaged on return, the company is not obliged to give a refund. After contacting them, I was assured I would be receiving a refund which has restored my faith in humanity! I will definitely purchase from this company again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered some lights on 19/06, I was told several weeks after that there is a delay. On 10/07 I requested for a cancellation and did not receive a refund, instead I was told my items were dispatched on 22/07 (in that time I had ordered and placed lights from another company). Despite the delay they did not agree to pay a return fees, I had to arrange this with myhermes and pay for it to. I did not open the packaging when it was delivered, I placed the returns label and sent it back. Soon after I received an email saying the items were damaged so they are not able to offer a refund of over 69. They also mentioned that the outer packaging was intact but the images they sent seemed like the items have been purposely damaged and boxes ripped. I called several times and said will call me back but they never do. I have not received a refund, and my question ‘how is it possible for the outer packaging to be in excellent condition and the inside broken into pieces’? Has still not br answered. Also be aware, they operate with many different company names. They have also not published my review on their actual website, makes sense why there are no reviews to view for products.
